Hey everybody!!! I'm excited to be doing another weigh in today! This week I had some struggles. I make no excuses because I did eat out a lot more than usual this week for some reason!!! I also only did one-a-day workouts as oppose to pushing for the two-a-day workouts I was doing in previous weeks. Which is why I gained 1 pound!!!!!! So this upcoming week....I have some work to do!!!
My goals for each week is to lose at least 2lbs. Hard goal but definitely doable! This will put me ahead of my goal to lose 40 by December 31. As of today, I have 34 more pounds to go!!!
