Hey everybody!! Today is Day 36 of Lose 40 in 5 months!! I'm one month in, and I'm feeling great!!! This week I started sneaking out to the gym once everybody in the house was asleep! LOL!! Talk about a struggle, I don't leave out until after 9 so I was tired, but it was worth it!! My right knee has been giving me some problems, so I rested on Thursday and Friday, and I feel so much better!!! Don't underestimate to power of Rest Day!!!
Eating was good this week, and I'm starting to see results! Mostly my upper body. Which reminds me, if you sew and start losing weight remember to retake your measurements. I have messed up a lot of my recent projects because I'm still cutting the biggest size on the pattern and it's 3 sizes too big!! Lol!!
