Hey friends! I don't know about you, but I've been off the "get my health together" wagon since Halloween! LOL! I was doing amazing up until all of those evil bite size candies started getting passed out. And then you know right after that was my moms bomb Thanksgiving dressing, and my husband Christmas ribs!!! (ughhh....elastic waist everything please)
I've shared my weight story before, but its seriously time to get my health together! I'm not comfortable in my skin right now, and I know I have to stop talking and start doing! Last year, around September (I think) I had these exact same feelings and took action with green smoothies!! Best decision I made!!
I love green smoothies! They are quick to make, endless recipes, and so convenient because I'm not a big breakfast eater! I followed JJ Smith 10 Day Smoothie Cleanse and completed it doing the full cleanse and lost 13lbs!! I felt amazing! Accomplished, skin looking great, and down a pant size too! Once the 10 days was complete, I started the Green Smoothies for Life 30 Day book following the 2 smoothies a day plan and maintained my weight loss!
Then the holidays came, and yeah you know what happened!! So I said all that to let you know that I'll be documenting more of my "get my health together" and love of smoothies here on the blog! Right now, I'm gonna start with one post a week. It'll include my favorite smoothie that week, and any workout(s) I did as well! I workout at home, so all workouts I post will be easy to do at home with little equipment. In the next post, I'll share the other things I use like my blender, bottles, etc!
Well, thats all for today!! I'm so excited to share, and crush the daily small goals it takes to achieve the big results!! Keep me in prayer friends because the temptation struggle is real, but I know I can and will succeed!!
