Hey hey hey! Happy Thursday!! I hope you're having an awesome day!! I just thought about what I can share with you that I've done this week and I've done.....nothing! LOL! I literally haven't sewn a stitch this week! But I do plan to get back at it today, because one, I miss it and two, I have a deadline approaching, so yeah....I have to sew!! LOL!!
Today I'm sharing with you this really cute outfit I made using the two latest released PDF patterns from Mimi G + SewSewDef! I was in love with these patterns as soon as I saw them on social! So lets dig into them!
The Georgia Turtleneck is a perfect stable turtleneck pattern! I love that it's not a zipper in the center back seam and just a pull over top! Its a simple turtleneck but the little sleeve ruffle option makes it super cute, and trendy! For fabric, I used this Ponte Knit from LaFinch Fabrics and its amazing!! For size, I cut the XL.
The Jasika Overalls are the BOMB!!! I love this pattern so much and it sews up really quick! For fabric, I used a Stretch Twill I have in my stash from Fashion Fabrics Club (sold-out). And for size, I cut the XXL but after all the trimming away I did, I should've just cut the XL. I also used snaps instead of buttons for my side closure and on the straps. I definitely recommend this pattern! If you can install a zipper, you can make these overalls with no problem!!
Thank you so much for stopping by today!! I pray you have an awesome day, and I'll talk to you in the next post!!
