Hey y'all!! It's the second week of my weight loss journey and I am really excited and shocked because I did better than I thought!!! The week started off great with my workouts, but eating was a struggle!! I ate at lot of extra and unhealthy foods, and I know I have to clean that up to really see results. So on Thursday, I started meal prepping and used chicken breast, broccoli, and potatoes. I know potatoes are not ideal, but I didn't have any brown rice in the pantry!!
For my workouts, I was walking/jogging twice a day except on Wednesday and Friday getting right at 2 miles each walk. One of my goals is to get my mile time down, so I think I'm gonna start the C25k (Couch to 5k) app again so once I get out of the 200s, I will congratulate myself with a 5k!!
