Happy Sunday!!! Let me tell you about this week!! Lol! It was a good one! I got my workouts in, did two-a-day workouts on 3 days this week. The other days were just one workout. I popped in my Jillian Micheals Body Revolution DVDs and did 3 of those this week also. Eating was great! I resisted temptation and let me tell it was all around me, because Wednesday was my husbands birthday!! I did have headaches this week, so I think I need to eat a little more during the day.
I admit, I was a little bummed getting on the scale and not seeing what I know my hard work deserved! But I've lost weight enough times to know, the scale doesn't measure everything (at least mine don't) so make sure you're tracking your journey another way. Pictures are a great way, or like me measurements are great too! The difference between last week and this week measurements are amazing!!!
Whatever you do, just don't quit, because seeing my waist coming in a little more, back fat going down, and not eating none of my husband birthday cake tells me I'm doing great!!
