Hey everybody!!! I know I've been MIA for a couple weeks and missed last weigh in, but I'm back now and it's time to for an update!! So two weeks ago, I weighed in at 205 and my goal for September was to get out of the 200s!! Well.......I missed it by 3 pounds!!!
I was disappointed with myself, because I know that was a very achievable goal. However, when I reflected on my nutrition and workouts, it's clear to see that I didn't work hard enough for it. I didn't push the sweets and junk away, I didn't get my 10,000 steps in daily, and the scale let it be known!!!
With all that being said, I bought Insanity Max 30 last week!! YAY!! It came and I already completed 2 workouts!!! I'll start tracking it with the calendar it came with on Monday! Let me tell you, it is so hard! I'm talking none stop jumping, burpees, and lunges! Definitely a love/hate situation!! I also used the nutrition guide and went grocery shopping today, so I'm looking for great results this upcoming week!
