Hey everybody!! Another Sunday, another weigh-in!!! This week has been my laziest week yet. I was busier more than usual and I didn't make working out a priority. I think I worked out only 3 days. I know I could've done a lot better! However, my eating was pretty good! I really focused on portion size since I knew I wasn't gonna be working out as much!
My goal was to be at 204lbs. I didn't hit it this week but I'm confident I will next weigh in! To see where I started, you can read this post here.

Current Weight: 205.6 lbs
NATURAL WAIST: 34"
WAIST AT BELLY BUTTON: 36"
