Hey everybody! Happy Wednesday! I hope you’ve been having a great week! Today I am continuing on with my serger series for my HUSQVARNA VIKING Huskylock s25. This is the second post and video in the series, and you can check out the first video here. I did not know that April is National Serger month so I thought this was the perfect time to share about my serger!
When I first received my serger, I’ll admit it took me a couple of weeks to get up the nerve to change the color threads that came in the machine. Don’t judge me! LOL! It takes me a minute or two to work up the nerve to tackle the threading process. I did tie off the threads to new colors I needed for the projects I was working on, but for me, thats just a temporary solution. I want to know my machine and have confidence in going through the threading process.
One Saturday, I decided I was going to thread it, so I dove right in. I read the manual, found a couple videos on YouTube and within 20 minutes, I had it threaded! Its always funny to me how my head tells me something is difficult, when really after taking uninterrupted time to try it, I realize it wasn’t difficult at all! I can now thread my machine in under 5 minutes and even convert it over from a serger to overstitch machine! Click here to see the threading process and just how easy it all is!
I hope you enjoyed the video! Be sure to watch the first video of the series to see the overview and features of it! Until next time….
