Sew In 30 Reset:

From "I Don't Have Time to Sew" to Actually Sewing Again

Learn to sew in short, doable sessions to help you let go of the "all day or nothing" sewing mindset, and rebuild momentum without pressure or perfection.

You don’t need more time to sew.
You need permission to start where you are.

The truth is:

You want to sew, but it feels like you need:

  • a full free day

  • perfect energy

  • or hours of uninterrupted time

So you wait.

And then weeks (or months) pass without sewing, even though you miss it.

This use to be me.

I went from been overwhelmed and rushing through sewing projects, to enjoying the process of sewing whenever I have time with no stress, comparison, or pressure.

Now it's time for me to help you shift from the "all or nothing" sewing mindset too!

Sewing doesn’t have to be deep and intense to be meaningful.

It doesn’t have to be finished to be valid.
And it definitely doesn’t have to take all day.

This reset was created help you:

  • redefine what “progress” looks like

  • use 30 minutes (or less) with confidence

  • stop waiting for the perfect sewing moment

Why I Started Sewing in 30

In 2019–2020, I found myself feeling overwhelmed by sewing. I was spending so much time at my machine that I started to believe that if I didn't finish a project, then the time I spent sewing somehow didn't count.

I also realized I was spending entire days sewing and missing out on family moments and other important things that needed my attention. I knew I needed a better way to make room for sewing without letting it take over my day.

That's when I started Sew in 30. I gave myself permission to sew for just 30 minutes at a time, then move on with my day. And something unexpected happened. I became more consistent without the pressure to finish everything in one sitting. I rediscovered the joy of sewing in short, doable sessions and learned that even 30 minutes can make a difference.

The Sew in 30 Reset is built from that experience. To help others get back to sewing, make progress without the pressure, and create a sewing practice that fits into your real life.

What People Are Saying…

"This overall concept can be used in many different areas of life. For instance, going to the gym, sewing through the couple of hundred projects you have bought and still haven’t started, and even organizing clutter. Great tips!”

— Brooke

"Great advice! Started at 15, hated it; picked back up at 70, 15 to 30 increments for me. Feel energized."

— Christine

"You spoke on many issues that people in the sewing community struggle with. I feel like a lot of people will be watching and saying to themselves, “wait, I never thought of it that way. This was good."

— Faith
