You all know I usually gravitate to commercial pattern but neither of these pieces are that! The top is a FREE PDF pattern and the culottes are self-drafted! WHO AM I? LOL! Hey everybody! Happy Thursday! I hope you’re doing well and staying positive as we continue to self isolate. I gotta be honest, last weekend I felt like I had to GET OUT! LOL! While I do get out about once/twice a week to make a run to the store for essentials, I needed some alone time.

Hey everybody! Happy Wednesday! I hope you all are doing well, and in good spirits! I’ve been doing some sewing lately (YES!!) and I can’t wait to begin sharing the projects! Most of them are comfy dresses. That’s really what I’m into right now! My mood and inspiration is relaxed, comfy, and cute easy to wear dresses. I made a couple loungewear sets that I love a couple weeks ago, and now I’ve moved on to dresses.

This week I’ve started homeschooling our children and while this is something I’d started to research a month ago, having to jump into it immediately without full preparation was overwhelming to say the least! Lol! Each day is getting better though and one thing thats helped me was getting dressed.

Hey everybody! Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! I spent my weekend like I usually do, relaxing with the family and doing some sewing! I was able to finish a shirtdress (just needs buttons) over the weekend so I’ll be sharing that soon! Today I am sharing a jumpsuit I finished up last week! I love the way it came together but let’s get into my review because as easy as it was, I had to do a few things over!!!!!
Black Cheetah Rayon Dress: vogue 1652
Happy Friday!! It feels so good to have something sewn that I can share! Lol! It seems like months have gone by since I’ve made something (dramatic, I know lol)! Okay, not months but weeks! I am really excited about this Leopard print dress. I bought this Vogue pattern a couple weeks ago and I just loved this dress! I recorded it in a pattern haul and well, let’s just say, some of y’all weren't convinced! Lol! I hope you see what I saw in it! Let’s get into the details!

Happy Monday!!! I hope you had a great weekend! This past weekend was Valentines Day and since hubs and I had our monthly date night the weekend prior, we decided to host our first game night on the 14th! It was REALLY fun! We’re not big on entertaining lol! We’re usually the ones being invited so it was fun to switch things up a bit!

I have my first in-person sewing class at the end of the month, so I’m really looking forward to meeting and having a great time with everyone! It’s also the month of LOVE!! *insert hearts* lol.
